Plasma IQ Treatment

The use of plasma is becoming an increasingly common non-surgical option to treat:

  • Upper and lower eyelid sagging, bags and lines, often called non-surgical blepharoplasty

  • Crow’s feet

  • Lines around the mouth

  • Fine lines and wrinkles on the neck and décolletage

  • Acne scars and general scarring

  • Skin imperfections, such as skin tags, warts and moles etc

  • Red thread veins

  • Stretch marks

  • Acne reduction

  • Uneven skin tone and texture

Plasma is a low-risk procedure, it has minimal side effects and none of the complications associated with surgery. It is a much quicker option and offers less recovery time.

Treatment involves causing controlled skin damage to tighten and retract the skin tissues. Plasma also triggers a healing response to form new collagen in the area being treated.

The Plasma IQ is very precise, creating 1mm squared treatment spots, so no heat is transferred to surrounding tissues. This means it is highly targeted and can be used to treat more sensitive areas, such as the eyelids, which are not always suitable for other methods, like lasers or radio frequency.

Before this treatment can be given you will require a consultation to ascertain your medical history and suitability for treatment.
